Due email

Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Blue Cursor LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), for using Due email. We kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to denizonatworks@gmail.com.

What Due email is

Due email connects to the Gmail accounts you choose. It does these things:

  • sorts your conversations;
  • keeps a list of the opportunities and companies that come from them;
  • helps you write replies.

It drafts, summarizes, translates and researches when you ask it to. It never sends an email on its own: a reply leaves only when you press Send.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18, and use Due email for your work.
  • You sign in with Google. Only the Google addresses allowed on an account can sign in to it.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you allow into it. Keep your Google account secure, with two-step verification turned on.
  • Tell us right away at denizonatworks@gmail.com if you think someone got into your account.

Your mailboxes and your content

  • What is yours stays yours: your email, your notes, your opportunities and everything else you put into Due email. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Due email for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • You must be allowed to connect each mailbox. Your messages hold other people's information, such as your clients' names, addresses and words. You confirm you may process that information for your work, and that you will use what Due email shows you lawfully.
  • What you send is yours. You are responsible for the emails you send through Due email, including any draft you send without changing it.

AI features

Drafts, summaries, translations, opportunity details and company research are made by AI models. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them or send them. Research on a company uses public information on the web and is not advice.

Acceptable use

Use Due email lawfully, and follow the Use restrictions. We may limit or suspend an account that breaks them.

Price

Due email is free at the moment. If we introduce a price, we will tell you before it applies. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

Changes and availability

  • Changes to the service: we may change, add or remove features. When a change takes away something you rely on, we tell you ahead of time where we can.
  • No guarantee of uptime: we work to keep Due email available and safe, but we can't promise it will always be up or free of errors.

Ending

  • Your side: you can stop using Due email at any time.
  • Our side: we may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, to protect other people or the service, or if the law requires it. We tell you first when we can.

Other services

Due email works with services run by others: Google (sign-in, Gmail and Drive), our hosting and database providers, and AI providers. Their own terms apply to their services. Our use of Google's data follows Google's API Services User Data Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

  • Due email is provided "as is". As far as the law allows:
    • we give no warranties beyond those in these terms;
    • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims about Due email is limited to the greater of two amounts: what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a meaningful change we tell you at least 14 days ahead, by email or in the app. If you keep using Due email after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using it and ask us to delete your data.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
